Special Presentation: The 5 Parts of Security Analytics
JP Bourget will present on the 5 parts of security analytics and discuss why you may or may not wish to follow a modular approach to (re)architecting your SOC. He will share insights from working with global enterprises and provide thoughts on what is currently a fascinating SIEM market and where there are gaps in the market today.
JP Bourget is currently the CEO at Blue Cycle, which helps Blue Teams and SOCs leverage and implement next-gen approaches to increasing their Cyber Maturity with automation, data pipeline engineering, API integration and doing security as code wherever possible. He is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Lytical Ventures and mentors entrepreneurs via Upstate Venture Connect.
Blue Cycle is an emerging Microsoft Security Partner with Expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness, SecOps, SIEM, Data Pipelines, Defender Suite, Defender for Cloud, Purview, Intune and Github.
JP is former Founder, CEO and CSO of Syncurity (acquired by Swimlane), an early entrant in the Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) market.
Prior to co-founding Syncurity, JP was the Network Security Manager at Arnold Magnetic Technologies, a Rochester based $250M global manufacturing company.
